When I'm not documenting family photos, you can often find me taking event photography in Raleigh. I recently had the honor to be the Official Show Photographer for the Southern Bridal Show produced by Forever Bridal. It was such a fun time capturing candid shots of so many excited Raleigh brides and families, and meeting talented and passionate vendors. Definitely check out Forever Bridal's next show in August!

My favorite part of the event was shooting the fashion show, which you can view more below. One of my tips for shooting events is to look for expressions and gestures to make a photo more interesting. Another tip is to get down low, and capture leading lines. Composing a shot is one of the most important elements in photography, and something ya'll can practice doing even with your iPhones!
