Home is truly where the heart is! I had the honor of working with Lindsey and Alan, and one of the things she mentioned to me during our consultation was wanting to do a lifestyle maternity session at home. They love spending time at home and were hoping to capture some quiet, intimate, and joyful moments of their family together since Alan travels for work (he’s a pilot for the Navy!). It was truly a joy to work with them and I loved how their cats also made an appearance for the shoot! :) I can’t wait for Baby C to arrive and join the family! I had the pleasure and honor of working with the Miller family again, and this year they are expecting a little one on the way!! :) We had such a wonderful time capturing some fun candid moments with their energetic dog, Roger, as well as some gorgeous maternity shots of Jenny! I also LOVED the hat she wore in some of the photos. It truly is the little details and accessories that add the finishing touch to an outfit! I had SO much fun capturing maternity photos for Suzy and Joe a few weeks ago! We captured photos at a beautiful place in Hillsborough called Ayr Mount. The grassy fields were amazing and we had so many options to use for backdrops! One of the most memorable parts of this shoot was seeing how much Suzy and Joe would like to joke with one another. They are big fans of the show, Community, and I thought it was such a great moment when they did a secret handshake that was from the show!
