I had the honor of working with the S family again, and we had a blast capturing fall photos at the NC Museum of Art! It was so special to see their daughter’s sweet personality blossom and grow. One of the most memorable parts of the shoot was seeing how much their daughter LOVED picking up rocks and acorns during the session! It was hilarious! I also loved how we captured them playing with bubbles towards the end of the shoot—the beautiful sunset behind them was stunning and added to the joy of the moment :) See more of my favorite photos below!

Every season of life is worth celebrating, and wedding anniversaries are definitely something to commemorate! I recently had the honor of capturing 10th wedding anniversary photos for my dear friends, Lauren and Ryan. It was such a JOY photographing this special milestone for them! We captured their photos at the gorgeous NC Museum of Art in Raleigh, and it was a beautiful summer evening. Lauren mentioned that she wanted to capture photos of their wedding rings, and it was so fun to capture some creative shots with the warm golden sunlight behind them. She also still had her tiara from her wedding as well as her red Virginia Tech heels, and it was SO awesome to incorporate them into the shots at the end! It was truly a JOY to work with E for her high school senior session! We captured her photos at the beautiful NC Museum of Art in Raleigh, and I had a blast documenting her senior photos on the grassy fields. We had time to do two outfits, and I was excited when she told me her second outfit was a red dress—she will be attending NC State University next year, so red was a fitting choice! :) Most of all, I was truly blown away at how poised E was, and I have no doubt she will do amazing things in her future!
