A Relaxing Family Session at Umstead Park | Cary Family Photographer

I had a blast working with the W family recently, and we captured their family photos at the beautiful Umstead Park in Raleigh. They were such a sweet and relaxing family, and I LOVED how fascinated their daughter was with rocks! She collected a ton of rocks during our session and wouldn’t put them down :) I also loved how mom and dad were both so funny, silly, and creative when it came to making their little girl laugh—they did their own version of “Baby Shark” and replaced the words with “chunky monkey.” It was the cutest thing!
