I had the honor of working with the M family this fall, and boy, we had a TON of laughs and there were so many priceless moments! We captured their family photos at the beautiful Umstead Park in Raleigh, and it truly is the best place if you love nature and want a forest-feel to your photos. They were all AMAZING in front of the camera, and their kiddos made me laugh countless times :) Their oldest son was SO entertaining and just pure SILLY, and did little “magic tricks” throughout the shoot. He had us guessing which hand had the rock, and it was so funny! Their youngest also had a ton of energy, and it was fun seeing them all play with sticks, leaves, and tossing leaves in the air. I had such a wonderful time working with the M family again as they welcomed their second baby boy this year! :) Baby F was SO chill during the shoot. I also couldn’t get over how silly, sweet, and enthusiastic their older son was towards his baby brother! I was also impressed by his vocabulary and how much he could verbalize for his age (he was only 2!). We captured a variety of lifestyle family photos, and I loved how we captured them reading together and hanging out by the Christmas tree! We ended the shoot playing in the living room, and there were so many hilarious moments involving their son’s farmhouse toys :) See more of my favorite moments below!

I had a TON of fun working with the S family again! It was so delightful to capture their family photos as well as their second son’s one year milestone! Before we started the session, they showed me the photos I captured over the years, and it was so special to see their oldest son standing next to his newborn photos on the stairs :) We then proceeded with some beautiful family photos outside their house. Their kiddos gave the happiest smiles, and we also had a lot of fun playing with the leaves in their yard! We then captured a couple of indoor photos of the boys playing with their toys and trains.
