It was an honor to capture photos for the S family at Forest Hills Park in Durham! They are truly a sweet and kind family, and have wonderful energy! The kids were so cheerful and smiley, and I absolutely loved how affectionate their youngest child was :) Toward the end of the shoot, I enjoyed capturing candid photos of the kids having fun on the playground! It was so sweet when their oldest child asked me if I could take photos of him on the monkey bars, and wanted to show me the skills he learned from his ninja class. As a side note, I’ve had SO many kids this year wanting to show me their ninja skills—from somersaulting, climbing, kicking, and jumping—it has definitely been amazing to see! I had the honor of working with the K family recently, and it was bittersweet because they will be moving soon! The last time I captured their photos was when their son was a baby, and it was SO precious and special to see him now walking, talking, and interacting with his parents. We went to Forest Hills Park in Durham, and I had a lot of fun documenting their silly and sweet moments! I had SO much fun capturing Baby C’s one-year milestone recently at Forest Hills Park in Durham! It has truly been a joy working with this family throughout this past year, and I had the honor of capturing his newborn and six-month milestone sessions, too. Baby C has seriously one of the SWEETEST smiles and it was so fun capturing him exploring the grassy fields, reading together with his parents, and being tossed in the air! One of the most memorable parts of the shoot was seeing how happy and excited he would get when we would clap our hands—it was SO cute. I also loved it when he was reading a book with his parents, and he kissed the book! I couldn’t stop laughing :) See more adorable and precious moments from this wonderful milestone session below!
