Oh what fun it was to photograph this sweet family again! We captured their family photos at Pullen Park in Raleigh this year, and it was AWESOME. Their smiles and energy are truly wonderful, and we had a fun time capturing a lot of happy and silly moments! The Christmas decor was also up and there were so many beautiful spots to capture the fall colors and leaves. Their daughter was absolutely delightful and cheerful (she was a natural in front of the camera!), and was such a sweet big sister to her baby brother. I think my favorite part was seeing their daughter posing in front of the camera with her Frozen sunglasses—she totally rocked it! :) Enjoy seeing more of my favorite moments of this beautiful family below!

One of my favorite things about the Duke campus is how BEAUTIFUL it is during the fall! I had the honor of working with the R family in November, and it was a joy to capture their family photos during this pretty season. Before we started the shoot, I LOVED seeing how happy Baby R looked while eating his snacks—it’s truly those in-between, real moments that I find fun to capture! :) I also loved how playful they all were, and we had so much fun doing high-fives, tossing Baby R in the air, reading books, and playing in the leaves! I’m also glad we had a chance to capture photos of just mom and dad as I know those don’t happen as often as we like! I had SO much fun capturing Baby C’s one-year milestone! I’ve been working with the R family for the past year and it truly has been sweet to watch their baby boy grow! :) We had a blast doing photos on the Duke University campus, and the leaves were SO vibrant and colorful (the orange and yellow hues were seriously breathtaking!). I also loved capturing his giggles when we tossed him in the air and did peek-a-boo :) Most of all, it was a joy to see how happy they all were together!
