What a joy it was to work with the N family again this holiday season! We had a blast capturing their family photos at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham. Their daughter was such a ham and had just as much energy as our session last year! One of the cutest expressions she had was sticking her tongue out (which I learned was her signature look!), and she also LOVED swinging while holding her parents’ hands! I had a wonderful time working with the M family again! They welcomed a beautiful baby girl this fall, and it truly was a joy to capture lifestyle photos of their growing family! We started off the shoot with some precious sibling photos. Their son was such an AWESOME and gentle big brother, and I loved capturing how happy he was to hold his little sister! :) We also captured some fun photos of the whole family relaxing together and reading books. I also had a chance to capture their son driving his new red jeep! It was a joy working with the A family again this fall! We captured photos at the UNC Coker Arboretum, and it was so beautiful! The leaves were a lovely orange, and the weather was pleasant and cool. We captured photos the day before Thanksgiving, and so I asked the kids their favorite Thanksgiving foods, etc. One of my favorite moments from the session was when I asked their son to say, “turkey” to the camera, he would instead say, “apple!” That went on for the whole shoot, and it totally made me laugh! :) The kids were also very active and LOVED running. I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to capture them in action to remember this precious moment in time.
