I had the honor of working with the R family during the holidays! We had a wonderful time capturing family photos at The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, and the venue was filled with beautiful Christmas decorations. It was also a special session because they are expecting their second child in 2025, and they wanted to preserve some memories of this current stage of life before baby #2 arrives! We captured some gorgeous family photos in one of the hallways in the lobby, and natural light was stunning. Not only was the light amazing, their son and dog, Chief, were SO adorable and sweet! :) We also had a chance to capture photos outdoors, and then ended the session indoors by the Christmas tree. What a joy it was to work with the N family again this holiday season! We had a blast capturing their family photos at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham. Their daughter was such a ham and had just as much energy as our session last year! One of the cutest expressions she had was sticking her tongue out (which I learned was her signature look!), and she also LOVED swinging while holding her parents’ hands! I had a wonderful time working with the M family again! They welcomed a beautiful baby girl this fall, and it truly was a joy to capture lifestyle photos of their growing family! We started off the shoot with some precious sibling photos. Their son was such an AWESOME and gentle big brother, and I loved capturing how happy he was to hold his little sister! :) We also captured some fun photos of the whole family relaxing together and reading books. I also had a chance to capture their son driving his new red jeep!
