It was such a joy to work with this sweet family again! We had a wonderful time capturing both family and maternity photos before their second baby arrives. We did the session at Bond Park and were lucky to fit the session in between the two snowstorms in Raleigh! Their son was so funny and full of energy throughout the session—he was also so excited to be a big brother! :) One of my favorite moments was by the docks, where the sun was setting beautifully over the lake. I had the honor of working with the R family during the holidays! We had a wonderful time capturing family photos at The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, and the venue was filled with beautiful Christmas decorations. It was also a special session because they are expecting their second child in 2025, and they wanted to preserve some memories of this current stage of life before baby #2 arrives! We captured some gorgeous family photos in one of the hallways in the lobby, and natural light was stunning. Not only was the light amazing, their son and dog, Chief, were SO adorable and sweet! :) We also had a chance to capture photos outdoors, and then ended the session indoors by the Christmas tree. What a joy it was to work with the N family again this holiday season! We had a blast capturing their family photos at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham. Their daughter was such a ham and had just as much energy as our session last year!
